Hi, newbie here (TX) area.  Am looking for first wholesale deal but am curious, is there a special contract to be used when you're putting a property under contract to wholesale it?  All constructive responses welcome.

Hi!  As a newbie here and since we are working on our first deal, we have no problems asking questions when we need to so that we're always on the right track.  So, here goes...

- When you are putting a property under contract to wholesale, is there a special contract for that transaction?
