I love this concept! Teaching kids at a young age the importance of saving and financials is important! This is a great idea and maybe something I will use down the road for when I have kids!

That is a very good point. I only want to become a real estate agent first to get a grasp on the market and become knowledgeable, along with making money as well, that way it is an easier transition to the investing world. Thank you for the comment.

@Peter Amour thank you for the advice! I have thought about owning buy and hold properties but focusing mostly on flipping.

I plan on becoming a real estate agent/broker and learning the real estate business before jumping into real estate investing. Specifically I want to do fix and flips in about 5-7 years. Is this a good way to go about learning as much as I can before jumping in full time?
