New to real estate investing

I am a college student who is going to be partaking in the journey of real estate/real estate investing when I get out of college. I am trying to learn as much as possible before I get out of college so all information is greatly appreciated. I am going to be in the Richmond, VA area for a little while but I am hoping on moving to the Research Triangle Area long term! I'd love to connect with any and all investors but specifically from those two areas!
