@Alfonso Velazquez I would get your criteria and finances together, then contact an agent. This will give the Agent a starting place. Metro Atlanta can provide opportunities for different strategies. Do you want properties in good school distrIcts outsIde the perImeter with decent/safe returns, rougher inner city neighborhoods can produce high returns, gentrifying areas banking on appreciation?

@Kenneth LaVoie forgot to mention the place I stayed was called the Maine Stay!! The owners were from Maine and lived in Belize full time. 

@Kenneth LaVoie I love Belize and more specifically Placencia. It has been a few years since I have visited, I’ve heard that development has really taken off in Placencia. A couple other places you could look would be Hopkins Bay, Dangriga and Punta Gorda. 

Byron Scott I believe GaREIA has a west side meetup in Douglasville. I would check out their website.

Kenneth Foster Bigger Pockets has a huge amount of resources. I’d also suggest attending local real estate meetings

Angela Yan I believe there is an Atlanta AirBnB group on MeetUp, you might want to contact. I read an article stating, the nice neighborhoods with Park in the name are doing really well. Think Candler Park, Grant Park, Adair Park. I would also think anywhere near the beltline, Ponce city market, near the airport, six flags or any other main attraction would do well.
