Recently, I acquired two apartment buildings in Macon, GA and am renovating many of the units. I am seeking recommendations for kitchen cabinets at a reasonable price. I also need a carpet supplier/installer. The carpet will be commercial grade and I can use what they have in their warehouse. Thanks for your recommendations!

I have been using a SDIRA and am now thinking that a solo 401k might be more beneficial. Any thoughts on the subject?
