How was the meetup? Incriminating pics?

Overall, our state is very pro-business and our social programs rate pretty low compared to other states. We do not have a state income tax and will not have one without the citizens voting for it. However, we do attempt to pay for the education system through property taxes so those are very high compared to other states.

Also, our state legislature meets once every two years so there is a limited amount of laws that can be passed during that time.

It was a great April DFW meetup. Not too early to pencil in the next meetup.

The Fox and Hound in Arlington is a good central DFW place to meet.

I know not everyone will be able to make it and weekends would be better. Bars and restaurants are crowded on the weekends. We had lots of space last month on Monday night.

So there it is. Hope you all can make it.

The tenants usually have to provide written proof of permission to allow installation. In the permission letter I stipulate where the dish may be installed. If it has to be on the roof it has to be installed near the edges of the roof over the eves. If the happens to be a roof leak maybe it won't go into the house.

Brandon L.there are free QR code generators on the internet. Just copy and paste the video URL and generate the QR code. Save the code as a JPG and you can put it where you want to.

I also include QR codes for contact info on my biz cards. It stores my contact info automatically in their smart phone. They can toss or keep the card.

I use videos to show my vacant rentals.

I put the video on my Youtube channel and link them to my rentals website. I also use QR codes on my flyers that drives them straight to the video. I have had applicants sitting outside the property and watching the interior video, and then call me for an appointment.
