I read on a post that 99% of FSBO's are a waste of time to find a wholesale deal. What should I be concentrating on.

I've read that you should always have a realtor as part of your dream team. How can a realtor assist you? How much commision should you pay a realtor?

Thank you all for your replies.

Is it unethical to post a fake house for sale ad in craigslist to build a buyers list? If not, does anyone have any suggestions of what the ad should say?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to wholesaling and want to purchase some business cards before attending my first REIA. Unfortunately, I don't have a business name generated yet. Is it important to have a business name on your cards? Should I wait until I have a business name? What format should I use? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
