Thank you Mehran, appreciate it. As for my interest, i would love to start flipping (assigning) contracts first. the wholesaling will help me gain some capital, and then make me comfortable enough to then get into the buy & hold game. how about yourself?

i have a phone interview today at 4pm for Freedom Mentor's program (Phil Pustejovski). although, im reconsidering signing up, and taking your guys' advice; ill extend them the courtesy and hear them out, and make sure im not missing anything.

Sharee, you can find local REI meetings in your area, at Meetup.com. in fact, you can find groups in your area for just about ANYTHING you can think of, awesome resource to say the least!

hi BP! looking to see if anyone can suggest an inexpensive Wholesaling Real Estate Mentor/Program that is moderately priced, or just a mentor that would be willing to take me under their wing. im willing to work for free, just trying to learn, help any way i can, and get my feet wet. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. oh, and is there any mentorship programs i should stay away from?

Good Evening everyone! hope everyone had a great fathers day! im a journeyman pipefitter from Long Beach, California. im extremely excited to join this group and take my knowledge, networking, and RE investing to the next level.

As mentioned in my Subject header, im a Newbie, and im just looking for some guidance/mentorship. Im comforted by the fact that this community is very welcoming and willing to provide help and direction.
