more specifically, I'm looking for an RE attorney who owns real estate themselves 

can anyone recommend an RE  attorney to look over contracts to make sure I'm protected? 

*I'm in California, but am looking to do a deal with another investor where the property is in Tennessee. Does that change where i look for an attorney? 

I too, am looking for the same contracts. anyone had any luck getting ahold of them? would really appreciate it. thanks in advance

just read your whole journey, start to finish, and im anxious to hear the latest. you've truly inspired me. taking my first (baby) steps at the end of the week by meeting up with an investor and learning the Probate system.

on that same token, Homesnap, might be a good app for you guys. its an app that allows you to take a picture of any house, and then the app gives you a lot of characteristics and info on the house. it does need a little updating every once on a while though. for example, I tried it on my parents house just to test it out, and it give me the info about it, before they added the 2nd story to their house. you can notify the creator of the app that something is inaccurate. Anyway, needs a few kinks, but I'm sure it can. be beneficial.

i have about 500 a month i can spend on marketing

work full time, so after 2- is my free time to learn.

willing to cold call, knock on doors, etc. whatever it takes.
