Mobile Home Park Podcast - what number is it?

Hi - we recently listened to a podcast on mobile home parks & can't find it now.  Can anyone help us figure out which one it is please?  It was about buying mobile home parks & what to look for.  I can't remember the guys name, but I think the show was done in the last couple of months.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.  Thank you!
