Charlotte market is nuts. I just put an offer in on a SFR and there are multiple bids. Houses are moving in days. My PM tells me rentals are moving very quick if prices are at market rents.

Put an offer on a SFR in Charlotte. There are multiple offers though. Will find out Monday.
