@Shanel Wiggins They’re a few business credit cards that do show up on your personal credit. I believe a Discover Card is one of them. But most don’t show up, make sure to always check.

@Terrell Garren I’m a realtor and I do the same thing on the MLS. I look for every transaction that closed by cash, search for the buyer and shoot them an email.

I am fairly new to real estate investing however I am a real estate agent. I constantly come across good investment deals on the MLS and would like to assign a few of those deals to private lenders or cash buyers but don't know where to find them. Any help on where finding them/where to start looking will be greatly appreciated. I don't need specific names just more of a way to start.
