Private lenders and Cash Buyers

I am fairly new to real estate investing however I am a real estate agent. I constantly come across good investment deals on the MLS and would like to assign a few of those deals to private lenders or cash buyers but don't know where to find them. Any help on where finding them/where to start looking will be greatly appreciated. I don't need specific names just more of a way to start.
