Hello All. We're two weeks away from closing on our first STR in Gulf Shores, AL. We're very excited and nervous at the same time. Looking to network as we're not sure if we will try and self manage or use PM. Any recommendations for PM, maintenance or housekeeping would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello All, new to BP forum as well. We're interested in Cape Coral/ Ft Myers area for buy and hold. We're looking to connect and build our core 4 in the area who's worked with out of state investors. Our long term goal is to retire in FL so we thought we'd get a head start. We live in northern Colorado and currently have one SFR but the prices in our state has gone up significantly.
