Property investment in Liberty MO

Hello BP members,

I found some interesting properties in liberty MO. But not sure about how good/bad liberty would be in terms of rental , like how easy to get qualified tenants, and how good is about  rental prices.

I did some research. It seemed that the neighborhood is safe(safer than quite a few places in KCMO metro area) using some online data. And rent seems to be very close to most KCMO suburb areas. Traveling to downtown KCMO is not that bad which takes about 25 minutes.

Would like to get some opinions from experts who are familiar with that area. Thanks.

@Dave Chow Liberty is a good area. It's a more affluent, owner occupied area. Inventory is pretty scarce there and it is very competitive. There are a lot of good rental areas around the eastern suburbs like Independence, Raytown, South Kansas City and Grandview that perform well. They are more B class but you can still get good qualified tenants with better returns.
