Good morning BP, I wanted to know what would be a good upcoming area to buy and hold a property. My target market is young professionals who recently graduated. I currently live in Massachusetts. The areas that are hot right now are Brighton , Allston , South Boston . My ideal property is purchasing a 3 unit and I'm still new to the area and I know those hot areas I really can't afford to buy houses in that area. Any investors from Mass willing to help point in what areas I can tell my realtor to look ? I currently have Worcester and Lowell on my search list but those are a drive from where I currently live. Thanks In advance.

I want to focus on young professionals. Those individuals that are out of colleges and just starting up in their profession. Thank you I plan to buy a house within the next 2 months.

Good morning My name is Roupnel and for the next few months I will be looking to ask as many questions as I can. I am a private accountant for a consulting firm and I really want to focus in on rental property. I need to know the first steps I need to take from those with experience in business.

The question I have is what should my target market be. The city I plan to buy a house will be in Worcester. Its one of the biggest cities in New England. I wanted to know whether I should focus on buying a house near bars, schools, or residential area ?
