I am currently in a phase were I want to build a team to constantly help me flip units. I own a couple units that I am currently renovating and would like to continue the momentum. I would live a start up team that's newly into the game affordable and I can grow with.

Just want to be able to present an overview to my private money lender. The land is flat, a survey was done when I purchased the land which has another property attached to it. Rezoning isn't required it's a mixed unit district. Development of the land will be required. I guess this is a solid starting point. The goal is to build a multi-family on the second parcel I have. Appreciate your response. @jamie

So I am tryin to break down this deal. My main concern are how the numbers along with the refinance period. Should it be a 15 year to start then refinance to a 30 year fix? or vice versa

Hi BP, It would be helpful if I can have someone help me figure out which banks in the city of Worcester,MA does cash out refinancing ? Or be able to guide me how I go about finding this out ? I want to be able to save times and not go from bank to bank asking the same question . What I'm trying to do here is prepare myself for the BRRRR method this upcoming two weeks . Roup

Hi, You shouldn't be afraid you should definitely look into a few PML and HML. Work with them see the what is needed in order for you to qualify. I believe George Despotopoulos could answer a few questions for that matter. Welcome to BP ! Roup
