What are your terms and policies Since I see you're a HML

Hi BP, Anyone of you guys in the Boston Area works for a PML or HML? I want to shop around and get a the best offer I found a house I want and I want to make an offer. I just need to shop loan rates. Any suggestions? Thanks Roup

Alex T. Thanks for the response. I would love to partner up. I did here about Dorchester. I'm extremely close to buying my first home while doing a proper cost analysis on the property. Just wanted to get people's opinion on the up and coming locations since I'm still new to the area.

Patrick Wheeler currently under that process of getting pre approved for a mortgage with a mortgage broker . I guess I'll ask more questions as I study and shop .

Patrick Wheeler David Barnett I will ask my agent. The areas you both mentions I do see a lot of housing available but from my experience I believe that that's due to low income areas and high crime rates. Revere on the on the hand I'll add that to my search. Budget I was thinking as a starter is 200K going to try and live in the house I purchase so I can qualify for the FHA and be able to get the 3.5% down as a first time home buyer. I am going into this allow and I have developed a business plan and I'm learning well trying to learn as much as I can on BP.
