Hope everyone had a great holiday. I will begin doing rehab deals in the next few months, and looking for a long term partner. If anyone has had success working with anyone in southern MA and RI, please PM me. Specifically focusing on Rehoboth, Attleboro, Seekonk, Swansea and East Bay RI areas.

@Mike Hurney thanks for the welcome! I'm just getting into an analysis of the local rental opportunities now. I am closest to Providence, but am aiming to keep initial investments in MA due to the more favorable tax treatment.

Hello everyone -

I wanted to take a second and introduce myself. I'm new to BP and REI; looking to get into some multifamily deals in the Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island areas. I've been lurking on BP for a few days now, and have already gained a tremendous amount of insight. I have a finance background (albeit not in Real Estate), so I love pouring over the models and analysis of potential deals...now it's time to get some done.
