@Mindy Jensen

 I stumbled right into it when I was looking for real estate related things. Schools, events, books all that stuff. Very glad I did, how about you :)

Hey @Wayne Brooks Thanks for the feedback. Is the 3% off the building value or the annual gross income it produces? Thanks again

Hey @Derone Patterson

 How are you doing buddy? It's def ok to be nervous it's part of this game. As far as your agent goes, and I might be reading into this but see how much she knows about the res. multi family world. If you're new to investing and she's new to the mult-fam world then it might get difficult (might not)  :) As long as she's motivated you should be fine but you have to decide if that's right or not. Have a wonderful night.

Good evening everyone. I wanted to ask about the depreciation on investment properties and the advantages it has. (or any disadvantages that I might not know about) I still feel foggy when it comes to the whole idea. Maybe someone out there can clear my mind :) Have a wonderful night and thanks in advance for any insight :)

@Elizabeth Colegrove Yeah, I'm gonna have to keep looking around. I went into a credit union but they don't count rent which is a big disadvantage.

@Gerald Thompson Anything you find out please be sure to share. The more you do the more we learn :)

@David Greene Again did not know about the gov decision but did know about the time frames. Hopefully, the gov doesn't kill it.

@David Krulac I need to listen to 82, I've heard most but maybe I missed that one. What a good bit of knowledge you shared, the step up basis wipes it all out? I did not know that even existed.
