@Brad Larsen Thank you for recommending @Jonatan Barbera!  I'll be sending him a PM.  Definitely appreciate your recommendation for great Tex Mex, margaritas sound great right about now!  I usually end up eating somewhere along the River walk (I know...super touristy and probably over priced) so a great recommendation is great.  I'll definitely keep you in mind when the time comes for property management!

Hi fellow BPers!

I live in Houston and will be starting in RE investing later this year.  One of the areas I am considering and have some experience with is San Antonio.  Does anybody have any great real estate agents that they can recommend?  I will be looking for multifamily properties, so an agent with experience in multifamily would be ideal.  I will be visiting SA in about 2 weeks and would love to connect with a couple of agents to find a good fit.  So, if you or your friends know of or have used any amazing agents in the San Antonio area, please let me know.  Thank you guys in advance for your help!

Hi BP community!

I'm from the Sugar Land area in Houston and looking to buy my first property later this year.  Does anybody have any recommendations for portfolio lenders or community banks that they have worked with?  In the Sugarland or southwest Houston area would be great, but I realize that there might not be many options in that small area.  I'm looking to establish a relationship with a bank by opening an account and conducting all RE related business out of it.  I don't anticipate needing commercial loans for a few years, so hopefully this will help build a connection with a bank for when the time comes.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
