Hi everyone. I have this question about collecting rent online. I'm about to manage a property located in Europe. Me and my potential tenant have already set up everything, but I have a question regarding the rent. If we are going to use one PMS and my tenant is going to pay me in Euros online, for example, what currency should I accept it? I mean Dollars or Euros? Or he should pay me in $. Haven't done it before, so I'm wondering how do you guys cope with this issue.

I have a question to all. I have a similar situation with a carpet. So, here's a thing: my tenants had a cat, they lived in apartment for a year and 4 months, and now they move out. There was a carpet installed, a brand new. When I came to inspect the carpet, it had smell and I thought it was from their cat. But cleaning company told that it was not from a cat, but from a dog. So here's a question: is there a special kind of a lamp which can trace a pee spots? I heard of such things, but I'm not sure if they work well.

@Andrey Y.
I use app called Mint. I have it on my phone and it's really easy to categorize transactions as they occur. Design is great and intuitive. I love their colorful graphics.
What I hate is a character limit on category names and sometimes the app does not update the info because there might be troubles connecting with other financing institutions.
Overall, works great for me.

Is rentigo free to sign up? Or do they charge additional fee immediately after you register?
