Hey @Ryan Saulle that was my fault. I thought no one else was coming so me and @John Spina Jr met at 12pm. We will be conducting these meet ups once a month so i will definitely let you know when the March meet up will take place.

Hey guys @John Spina jr and I are starting our own REI meeting in NYC. Our first meeting will take place in Staten Island this Saturday February 10th at 12pm at Joe Broadways. The address is 4029 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10308. If you guys have any questions about it, feel free to ask me. If you might want to go but might need a ride, send me a message and we can carpool if you are interested.

Wow i just finished reading this thread and thanks so much for that information. I am looking to purchase my first property in the island and that can potentially save me some stress in the future if i run into this issue. If you do not mind me asking, who was your Real Estate agent? @Sean Senatore
