Hey Guys, If you are interested in investing in Staten Island or New Jersey this might be the meet up for you. We have a diverse group of people that attend our events and everyone is welcome whether you are a novice or a veteran, please feel free to come by and contribute to our meet up. 

Last time we had out meet up, Joe Broadways was under construction. Just in case it still is, we will be using a bar called "Griffs" as our back up. That bar is located on 702 New Dorp Ln, Staten Island, NY 10306.

@Rhonda E. Hey this construction came as a surprise to us as well. The other people that showed up and I stayed there till 12:30pm. After that we went to another bar. I apologize for that. I did not think anyone else was coming since it was already 12:30pm.

Thanks to all for your comments. I am definitely going to due my due diligence on any property i plan to purchase but for what ever reason, on the city website they didn't give me a straight forward answer. @Randi Plevy

Hey guys I live in New York City and I am reviewing the regulations for rent. If i am planning on house hacking, would i be following the rent stabilized laws, rent control laws, unregulated laws or am i just way off?
