I was told, setting up a llc is a must.  On the other hand Im told too soon, to generate profits first.

Good Day,

Looking to purchase my 1st home by next summer in the new england area.  Been saving & researching effective strategies in going about this endeavor.  From the reading & youtubing I feel so overwhelmed.  So far, I am saving & cut my expenses by working over the road trucking; (I Hate It).  Next week, I am attending a RI housing class, where they knowledge you in the process & assist with down payment and closing.  My fico is great & plan on going for a pre approval around Feb/Mar.

I was told in the meantime, to start relationships with a real estate advisor & lenders as priority; the very first step.  How?  I was thinking of going through my credit union in Boston for the rates.

Plz, I am new to this site.  Any tips, advise, & resources will help especially pertaining to the RI area (Providence or Woonsocket).  I would very much appreciate any leads/resources on this site regarding podcasts, blogs, & videoes too.. Anything that may prove helpful.

Thank You, for your time & attention...
