Hello everyone! I am looking to buy my first investment property in Las Vegas. I am in the process of looking for a good lender for my strategy. I want to house hack a 4-plex on an FHA loan for my first investment. What characteristics and criteria should I be looing for in a lender? What questions should I be asking? For me its a lack of knowledge. I've read books I've listened to the podcasts. I started taking RE classes at the local college. Im just not 100% confident that I know how to run the buy and hold numbers properly.

I currently started my real estate education at Mt. SAC. When im done at Mt.SAC I plan to finish up a bachelors degree at USC. Has anyone taken a similar route in their RE journey?
