Hello!
What does it mean if a potential seller says the following when you are wanting to see if they will consider Seller Financing?
"The seller will consider up to 50% owner financing for this property."

Hello!
First time running into this (I'm still green to being a landlord), but I have a property listed for rent and currently in the process of finding a tenant. I was approached by a property management company that does corporate leases. I was curious if these types of leases were ideal or if it is something to stay aware from? Has anyone had any experience? They primarily deal with housing traveling nurses and other professional clients. At the surface, this seems like a very good deal as the property might not even be used for a portion of the year. Thoughts and concerns?!

Yes, I gave them a deadline of this coming Friday, which is tomorrow now. I will see if anything comes across today.

The unit is a Condo and there are some master keys floating around so that is the logic with the lock change.
I do like the idea of just setting up a time and going with that. The lease terms are very similar. There were on a month to month lease for almost 2 years, so I am thinking they could possibly be hesitant to sign a longer lease.

Hello! This is my first post with BP and very new to this.
I have just started with my journey starting to acquire rental investment properties. I have purchased my first unit with an existing tenant and everything through the purchase process was fairly smooth. I closed on the property and was working with the current tenant on signing a new lease as they were month to month. I have talked with them in person at the property and everything seemed to go very well, but now I have not heard anything for a week and a half. I left the new lease with them because they said that they wanted to talk over a few things and would get back to me in a day or so. No texts have been replied to and no phone calls answered. I am trying to have the locks changed and a few other minor repairs need to be made.
Any thoughts on tenants not communicating? I am trying to be patient as they do have until the end of the month, but I wasn't sure if this was standard. Your thoughts and feedback are greatly appreciated!
