Corporate Leases, Pros and Cons?
Hello!
First time running into this (I'm still green to being a landlord), but I have a property listed for rent and currently in the process of finding a tenant. I was approached by a property management company that does corporate leases. I was curious if these types of leases were ideal or if it is something to stay aware from? Has anyone had any experience? They primarily deal with housing traveling nurses and other professional clients. At the surface, this seems like a very good deal as the property might not even be used for a portion of the year. Thoughts and concerns?!

@Paul Maurer usually these Corporate folk don't have a lot of money so they try and use yours. Check them out thoroughly for experience and financial depth. All the best!
