@Account Closed i am not sure myself if it is helping me or not. But you can google "miliken index 2016 best performing cities" they rank based on employment growth, wage growth and few other factors. The idea is to find  market where rental market is strong, supply is short and demand is high and will continue to be like that for next few years or for the period i am planning to hold my investment. This sounds good in theory but not easy to put in practice. May be fellow BPers can shed some light on this.
