Hello Bpers,

Amazon is looking for new HQ2 in north america, with 50,000 high paying jobs .this could be good real estate investment oppurtunity. Has anyone best used opportunity like this before ? Is any one pursuing this oppurtunity?

how do you stay on top of it?

According to bloomberg, potential cities are : Toronto, Boston, Washington, Atlanta, Dallas or Denver.

This information is available to public at  local county office. Identify the owners Out of state and target them, you can have more success rate here, as OOS investors are motivated to sell for several reasons. David Lindal's "Emerging real estate market" talks about this, worth reading .

Thanks for all the information. I looked at utah county market to invest in a fourplex, but i do have only 50% of the down payment required. I am interested in talking to someone who are looking for partners and are local to market.
