Hi, I just bought a home, it's a two family/floor home.

tenants are there on 2nd floor living on month to month lease, we are living on first floor.

I told him to leave with one month notice, but he said 2 months.

I was ok with 2 months, but in the conversation he tried to threat me that he knows law etc.

I am sure , he will not leave after 2 months also. his wife is pregnant with 3rd baby.

Now, I am not feeling comfortable with them, so I want them to leave in one month only.

Can somebody help me to get perfect legal form for 1 month notice ,also what to do if tomorrow tenant say that he never received any notice, I asked them for email id he said  that he doesn't has any email id, his wife is pregnant does he can use that excuse.

@Stu Basham...Exactly, I don't see any cash flow in any property in Bayonne, it can cover your regular expense, but any  vacancies , repair, maintenance from your own pocket.

@Russell Brazil

Serving buyer or seller is using fair means, not by inflating or providing wrong information.

My main concern is not renegotiation, my main concern is "Whenever I find out that somebody cheated me , I should raised my concern for justice it is never too late"

I am not worried at all about money loss or anything else.

Even if he is only seller's agent, he should not provide wrong information to appraiser.

Hi @Mike Cumbie

1. I want to buy property, being first time buyer ,but I want to make sure that I am being treated fairly by all home inspector, Realtor, appraiser .

2. Home inspector found some issue, we informed seller and listing agent(dual) about this, tried to negotiate, Realtor here also misinformed me (different topic). for example in home inspection roof and furance should be changed asap, both are around 40 years old, while appraisal say they have 20 years of life remaining.

3. I don't have my own(buyer's agent) working directly with listing agent.

4. I don't want to walk away, I just want price must be adjusted or at least I want to inform Listing agent that don't do it again to another buyer.

Hi, I am buying a home, got appraisal, I was reading appraisal report, and found many wrong information.

like

1 it has one refrigerator, while in appraisal report say 2.

2. Heating is baseboard while report say forced air.

3. Cooling window ac, while report say central.

4 homes used for comp also has 25% more lot, our home has lot 3k, while home to compare has lot 4500.

5. our home has no deck, patio ,but it's mentioned in appraisal.

6. as per home inspection report roof is gone (37 years old) should be replaced asap, while home appraisal report says 20 years life remaining.

Actually, Realtor noticed that we are less interested, so he told us that you will be happy to see appraisal report.

What should we do?

Thanks @Account Closed , but there are things mentioned in home inspection report that don't even exist.
