Hi, I just bought a home in Bayonne,NJ, I moved here in Dec 2016.

But it has very high taxes like $16000 in 2016, it has unfinished basement.

I have noticed that this tax is almost $4000 higher than similar houses with even finished basement.

So, I want to try tax assessment.

I will appreciate if somebody could please advise me some attorney/Lawyer for the same.

I think attorney can be anywhere with in state like Hoboken, Bayonne, Union, Jersey city, Newark , Elizabeth, Clifton, Edison etc...as long as she/he has good knowledge of New jersey laws.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I just moved out with proper notice after living on a residential property for around 6 years.

Landlord returned me after 1 month and one week a check of $320 out of $2650 of security.

He gave a list of expenses like paint, cleaning of carpet, door repairs etc.

I want to go for court to fight against it and need a good but cheap lawyer in NJ.

Concern property is in Bayonne, but lawyer/attorney can be from anywhere in NJ .

I guess rules are same everywhere within state like Bayonne, Hoboken, Union, Jersey city, newark etc.

Tenant, put coke's bottle in my mail box, I guess it has his urine in it.

I called the cops and reported the incident.

The frame has space of double pane and only one side has glass, other side is empty.

I never saw such frame with only one pane.

I came on pre-closing day, and found some issues, but seller told me that due to tragedy(their mom in age 90's expired) so they didn't get enough time, they need more time, so I let them live there for 3-4 more days after closing, assuming during this time they will finish pending promised work.

But now when I finally moved here I felt like they cheated. one issue is above mentioned, 2nd they had around 20 cats, it's was agreed that they will clean and do something to remove cats smell 3. bathroom tub is broken etc.

My assumption is since closing  is done, so nothing can be done...but still thought take 2nd opinion.

Hi, I just bought a home like two weeks back only, seller offered to change living room window it's 5 ft by 5ft. Window should have two glass panes one inner side and one outer side.

But today I noticed that it has only one glass pane(outside), there is nothing on inner side.

it's something that tough to identify, whenever I looked through window it seems ok, but when I checked by touching then only I realized that one side(inner) of glass pane is missing.

is there any thing we can do now?
