Hi, I am buying a home, home appraisal is done, home appraisal report came $15k more than price I am paying.

But today when I was reading home appraisal report, I found some wrong information like it says porch/deck, but home doesn't has any porch or deck, roof is almost done so need to replace asap, but appraisal say 20 years life remaining , it says two refrigerator but it has only one etc.

In such case to who I (as a buyer) should contact to ask my questions like why it has wrong information.

Thanks
