Hi @Caleb Heimsoth, thanks , couple of questions, how much return you expect from Private lending or Syndication.

How many lending we can do without need of licence .

what are pros or cons of having licence.

what return you generally get from syndication and how safe is that investment.

Just wondering if you have 1 Million dollar what is best way to invest?

one option is do private lending and take 10-12% return , another may be invest in rental property.

Private lending has it's own risk , while rental property has it's own headache, also buying property in today's market where prices seems to be all time high?

What is benefit of putting/setting aside money into solo 401(k) instead of investing in real estate.

I heard when start pulling money from solo 401(k) you have to 20% tax.

Thanks for your reply, I have a good full time job like 40 hours FIXED a week.

But I was thinking of having some part time income by doing some extra hours on weekend on adhoc basis.

Hi, I have a full time job, but looking for part time income, I want to invest couple of hours every weekend in learning some skills like Electrician,  Tax accountant, home inspector not sure which one is easy to enter...any advise..

Hi All,

I am lending money to one of my friend's friend, he is putting his home on mortgage.

couple of questions.

1.how to make sure that I am on first lien.

2.  home insurance declaration says my name as "additional interest" then what is difference between "additional interest" and "mortgagee/payee loss"

also can somebody please advice me attorney for the same in New Jersey.

Thanks
