Thanks John Anderson . Guess I'll just call hem and ask. I have no need to get credit in my name as I have plenty of credit. I'm just trying to build the business credit so if they can't open it with me personally guaranteeing it then I guess it's not worth taking the credit inquiry hit. I could have gotten Dunns faster by paying into their system but if I wait I get the number free is my understanding.
I am waiting in my Dunns number. I was told it can take up to 45 days.
John Anderson . I have credit in my name. Wouldn't I just ask for a cc with the LLC backed by my credit?
Thanks guys. I think those are both good suggestions. I have a lot of business with Capital One. I was leaning towards the Chase card just to show some diversification on the credit report so will probably go that route unless I get wind of a better card.

Wow great job!
I have one rental property and a rather newly formed LLC for the biz. I have some remodel work to do and thought I would open a credit card under the LLC to build some business credit. I have excellent personal credit and can back it with my own if needed. Any suggestions on a really good credit card?

I found a roofer who has been putting on roofs for Lon Smith Roofing in Fort Worth for decades. He recently roofed my rental and did a great job. $65 labor rate per square and you just buy materials from Home Depot and have then delivered. Best value you can get. Happy to share his info if you want it.

Hey Stephen,  I recently moved to Azle and saw this post from you from a year ago. I am in a similar boat.  Own a house here and own a rental in Ft. Worth that I am renting out. Looking for buy and hold myself. Maybe we can connect and collaborate contacts etc.  Have you found any good local contacts or sources to help you in your investing endeavors? Hope to hear from you.
