@Robert Flores Robert..take in consideration 👌 building needs to comply with occupancy and lead based paint stipulations before being able to offer it for rent. The house stock in Cleveland is old indeed. Plumbing and basements, and unrelated electric are to be inspected carefully..is this the Easy of Cleveland ? I been looking for a 4plex on the East ..just cause they affordable. I go there once a month let me know if I can be of service.

@Tkai Savage I am the same process and I will be giving it a try ..I don't think all the advise in rhe world could replace the actual journey..I noticed most will advice against ..my experience..I actually bought a unit in a not great part of town 8 years ago..price was 30k ( fixer upper) fixed it and still live on ...it. b.my neighbors although not rich..they all working fellows.. this allowed me to, with a 9-5 job..travel and save ..and now start investing...most people laughed 😅 and critiqued my decisions even the one to buy a.property in the most notorious neighborhood of Miami..(OVertown ) ..I still regret to had canceled two contracts when properties were deemed unlivavable ...I am confident I can go into areas other people won't and that is my strength 💪..If you find inside yourself you could too..it may be a good learning experience and may end up be rewarding too.

@Ari Rubenstein Ari I am currently in the same market attempting to break ground..I was mostly interested in Youngstown and Sebring cause prices were very attractive and property are on better shape and are also up to 50 years newer than Cleveland's on same price rabge range...I ll be inspecting..a few properties next weekend. When it comes to multi-family proprietors there are still a few dozen of then for reasonable prizes..I seen though multiple investors selling theirs at the same time by the 10's or dozens as well even in the high rental demand aresd ( AKA : class C neighborhoods)

I am just going to dip my toes cause not sure of safe to swim ..my risk.appetite; however is guiding me..I hope I can be of any service while i.am there
