I like that plan, I just don't know how many properties my wife will let me have with negative cashflow each month!  I could put more down to get in the positive, but I want to maximize leverage...

Anyone successfully doing the Brrrr strategy on single family homes in Phoenix?  Doesn’t look like anything will cash flow with prices where they are.  

What are other options to buy and hold while recycling my cash and not getting too deep on negative cash flow?

New to mid term rentals and wondering if there is a way, or site to find out the demand by property type, bedrooms, location etc.   Looking for more data to fine tune property search.
