Brrrr in Phoenix area = negative cash flow?
Anyone successfully doing the Brrrr strategy on single family homes in Phoenix? Doesn’t look like anything will cash flow with prices where they are.
What are other options to buy and hold while recycling my cash and not getting too deep on negative cash flow?

Hey Rodney, some of my clients this year are purchasing single family homes and then dividing the house into multiple units for cash flow. This has worked well from a cash on cash return. BRRRR can work but you need to buy off market in order to see this strategy be effective.
