Has anyone ever used the BRRRR method in the Boston area? Wondering if anyone has had any success with this considering the high price if real estate.

Hey Adam,

My last BRRRR was a little less than a year ago down in Dorchester. Great neighborhood that's been up & coming for awhile, still is, lots of development happening all around my place. Link to the post here:
