Tenant occupied, 2 bed / 1 bath currently rented for $750/month, less than a block from St. John Hospital for only $32,500. Grosse Pointe mailing address, but within Detroit city limits.

Tenants have been in place since 2016 and wish to remain long term. Husband is a retiree from DTE and wife is a nurse at the hospital. Tenants pay water, gas, and electric.

Easy turnkey property for someone looking for a low-maintenance investment!

Unit is one of an individually-parceled duplex, common along this stretch of Moross Rd.

Two similar units have sold recently, both for $32,500 tenant occupied:

21605 Moross: Rented at $700/month
21609 Moross: Rented at $725/month

Below is a link to additional pictures, which were taken prior to tenant move-in. Subject unit is the one on the left in the first picture. There are no material differences between photos and my recent walk through. Tenants own all appliances except refrigerator.
