I would like to meet wholesalers from Tampa, FL area. Anyone?

Hello, is anybody currently investing in Caroll City Center, Tampa, FL? Or is there someone from Tampa area who could help clarify few things? Thank you in advance.

We can make it work! :-) Hopefully your family is frugal and can manage staying in a studio :-)

But thank you for your comment. Enjoy your day.

Calling all experienced investors who would be willing to mentor me in exchange for a FREE accommodation in my vacation rental here in Hawaii.

I am looking for my first Mainland investment property at the moment. I would love to find a person who I could discuss all my questions with and who would help me to get through my first deal so it does not turn into a nightmare.

Anyone? :)

@Account Closed, would you mind sharing the market which can check all those boxes? I am looking for an investment property.

Hello Jay,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, that's a great strategy. I've listened to a BP podcast with you as a guest on the other day. SOOOOO much knowledge and great stories. One of my fav podcasts. It's is a real pleasure to have you here and once again thank you for your reply.

@Russell Brazil  seems to me if you can get something in and or around where the new amazon headquarters is going for that price.. that would be good

Please write your preferred markets, including the neighborhoods where you're investing in 2019 for buy, hold and rent. B class or better neighborhoods with properties priced around $150k where you can get good cash flow and potential appreciation. Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge. Have a great day!

Great strategy Kelvin, thank you very much!

@Rob Ko one of the methods that I'd used previously was checking in the social media of the targeted area. They have so many groups that talked about their area's places of interest (and some even on properties). You can try to look at those posts and have a feel of which houses at which places suits the buyers.
