Cory is a great guy!

Thank you very much Natasha. Do you have any inventory available in good part of Evanston? Looking for a duplex, triplex, quad which needs light rehab. Flooring, kitchen, paint, nothing structural. Please let me know. Thank you!!!

@Rob Ko it kinda of depends on what side of Evanston. One side is becoming more developed and people are investing, and buying and flipping homes and the other side it kind of depends on the street. I showed a home over the weekend in Evanston that was obviously flipped, it was closer to Desales side where there is a lot of development going on. So moral of the story depends on where in Evanston you looking.

 Hey Sean, thank you for the reply. I was wondering what neighborhoods would you recommend. Also, I read few other posts and would like to get on your wholesale list. Wod it be possible? Please let me know.

Aloha,

Thank you for looking at my post. I am looking to buy my first out of state investment property and am looking at Cincinnati area. I am looking for a B, B+ neighborhood. The areas I am looking at are Oakly, Anderson Township, Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park.

What other neighborhoods would you suggest?

Thank you in advance!

@Rob Ko Evanston in Illinois?

 Sophie, Evanston, Ohio. It is a suburb of Cincinnati, OH.

Hello, I am looking at a property located at Evanston, Cincinnati, OH. I am not from the area and would like to get your honest opinion of this neighborhood. Thank you very much in advance.

Hey Katherine,

congrats on your first deal! I am looking for a duplex, fourplex in your area and would like to know your opinion on best neighborhoods. I am looking at Oakley and Mt. Lookout but finding good properties in those areas is challenging. What areas would you recommend? I would like to be at B class neighborhood with low crime and good school district. Please let me know.

Thank you very much!

I would like introduce myself. I'm a new investor in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. I have been on the rental management side for 10+ years. I currently oversee 400+ doors. My husband and I just closed ln our first property. It needs a ton of work. We've had difficulty finding skilled work to give us a bid. I was hoping for any advice on how to find good trades. Thanks! Excited to be on the forum.

Hi guys, thank you or checking out my post. I would like to compare a seller financing with regular mortgage and was wondering if there is any formula you use.

Thank you!

Thank you Michael!
