Your opinion on Evanston, Cincinnati, OH

Hello, I am looking at a property located at Evanston, Cincinnati, OH. I am not from the area and would like to get your honest opinion of this neighborhood. Thank you very much in advance.

@Rob Ko it kinda of depends on what side of Evanston. One side is becoming more developed and people are investing, and buying and flipping homes and the other side it kind of depends on the street. I showed a home over the weekend in Evanston that was obviously flipped, it was closer to Desales side where there is a lot of development going on. So moral of the story depends on where in Evanston you looking.
