@Bruce Runn I am working on my first set of properties trying to get financing right now.

I will be at the volare restaurant Thursday at night at 7pm with a group of friends if anyone would like to join us please feel free! In San Diego Vare restaurant its Italian hope to meet one of you Thursday night! I will be in a group of 3 or 4 I'll have a white shirt on and I will have a menu standing on the table to help find me. 

I will be in San Jose San Ramon area on the 20th and 21st of this month if you are free for a coffee or lunch!

Buy and hold possibly a cabin for a vacation rental and a 4 plex for a mixed vacation rental and regular lease. I have been bit by the real estate bug!

ok I will heading to the Bay Area Friday! Going to Santa Cruz for a few days stoked! Get out of this Southern California heat.

@Robert Lindsley what's up! This is such a great thread and his story has inspired me to start a Air B&B and vacation rental program. I have looked at land spoke with the county the civil engineer a developer a lot of people. If you would like to connect i can share what I know and speak of a idea I had for the west coast!

@Cole Johnson Great thread I haven't even had a chance to read it yet but I am also looking to buy my first 4 plex in San Diego. Any pointers advice for a brand new investor in the game looking at 4 plex? I have sort of a different strategy I plan on renting the last 4th unit as a Vacation rental.
