@Greg Dickerson thank you for that feedback and at the moment it’s just a thought of strategy that I’m not shy to move on. I will do my research more on the responsibilities and fees as you mentioned as well. I am not shy at all to research and learn as much as possible so definitely something to dive in more about.

I’m in a partnership with 2 other partners that I’ve started wholesaling with. One currently has his real estate license and the 2nd partner is going to go for his realtors license soon as well. My question is would it be beneficial for me to work toward getting a general contractors license to help the team with licensed bids that are fair and have this done in house? I will mention i have a close friend who is a GC who taught, created the test, and also portions of a GC class curriculum at hand for support. I am also established with subcontractors in just about every section as well within my network.

Hello all. Hope everybody is well. I am brand new to all of these arena but have been doing my hoping to get my feet wet. I have started to attend a few local REI meetups. I am planning to start by wholesaling to learn a few things to build up my knowledge. Just hoping not to get stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. Any and all advie is appreciated. Looking forward to connecting and working along side a few of you hopefully soon.
