Hello all. Hope everybody is well. I am brand new to all of these arena but have been doing my hoping to get my feet wet. I have started to attend a few local REI meetups. I am planning to start by wholesaling to learn a few things to build up my knowledge. Just hoping not to get stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. Any and all advie is appreciated.
