Hi Michael, I’m going to be selling my duplex in the next 30 days. 

My wife and I have a two family in the Pine Hills Neighborhood, one street east of S. Manning. We are moving to Tennessee so will be selling if you’re at all interested.

Hey Matthew, I’m a fairly new investor myself. I would suggest you check out the networking group in Albany. AIN, it’s a good source of info, deals, and contacts. I’m focused on wholesaling properties and I’m not the only one, we would be good contacts to have in your search for property. 

I used Webster Bank out of CT for the HELOC on my 2 family home in Albany and used Webster Bank out of CT. They were and are great to work with.
