Troy, NY investors-- who is betting on South Troy?

I'm working on a number of properties in Troy (rehabbing a few and gearing up to sell a few) and curious what pockets of Troy other investors are betting on. I've always been a Downtown head south/South Troy fan (largely due to non-real estate related work I've done in the city), and I'd like to connect with others investing in the area.

The new construction happening throughout Troy is impressive to say the least. I am hoping that the economy remains stable for a long enough time frame to keep things moving in the right direction!
