What service would you recommend or do you use for finding phone numbers?

Hi, looking for help/process on how to find daily list of people that die and their address where they lived. I know it's public record information, just haven't been able to figure out how I can get the names and address every day or so, and then contact them based on address.

Hi, looking for strategy to buy homes that are abandoned, owners have died, no address, this one does have unpaid taxes, a lis pendens was filed 9/15. Home is boarded up. How can you buy these homes, and or as you find them have a strategy you use to try and buy? I find 2-5 of these properties every month, and someone who is smarter them me buys them at 50-70% below value.
