You're more of a investor than I am.  I haven't even done my first deal.  Well that is not true, I lived in New Jersey and now I live in Texas, and I did some investing there, but that was 8 years ago.  I am ready to get back in the game.

I was thinking about becoming an agent again, I was a part time agent in New Jersey.  Do you think it has help you in become an investor?
